In plain simple English: You can Return orders and we offer FREE Return Label in most cases.
Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days after delivery date.
We will try our best to make sure the products shipped to our customers are in good quality. If there are some problems with the goods, you have right to return for exchange or refund.
Different products have different warranties, so make sure you contact us before the deadline. If you don't know the warranty of your item, you can contact our staffs before making a purchase.

Products with quality problem can be returned and refunded.
Customer need to send the products back to us - in most cases we will issue a free return label - When we receive the products, We will issue a full / partial refund.

Products with quality problem can be returned and replaced.
Customer need to send the products back to us - in most cases we will issue a free return label - When we receive the products, We will replace to new ones and ship back to customer.
We will pay shipping fee for the replaced products we ship to the customer.

3. Return and partial refund
Because the shipping & handling cost is very high and product images on BTA-MALL are very hight quality . We do not give refund for returns without quality problems - reasons like "not like the picture" - "not as anticipated" or just "not satisfied" - will not be accepted.
Before placing an order, please take a good looks at the product images and descriptions.
If you still want to return the product for such reasons - we will reduce the shipping fee from the order total amount, and charge you 5-15% restocking fee - that means a partial refund.

4. Refund due to an error in stock or price information
BTA-MALL reserve the right to cancel any order if there was a mistake in quantity OR price information on the product page. in this case customer will be fully refunded the payment they have made and no item will be shipped.
